Service Maintenance Plans

Having your heating and air conditioning systems serviced twice a year annually, is the absolute best insurance that you can give yourself against a malfunction or breakdown.

Johnston’s Mechanical Services offers several types of preventative maintenance contracts. Each contract is good for one full year and includes a 15% discount on the total cost of any repairs and/or replacements.  In addition, during extreme weather conditions and high demands for service, your heating and cooling needs will take precedence over non-contracted customers!  Please call for more information about our service contracts.
