We were having issues with the domestic hot water getting cool. I called Art at Johnston,  he ordered a new coil for our boiler right away and installed it quickly. Price was fair service was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, his work is clean and Art Johnston personally called me the next day to make sure we were happy.

 

  Now my wife can take a boiling hot bath or a hot hour long shower.

 

 



Johnston Mechanical services replaced our heating & air conditioner over 22 yrs. ago. Art Johnston would come out yearly to service them. Now needing to replace our systems again we choose Johnston Mechanical. Art is an honest & reliable gentleman. He is a qualified owner & worker of his own business and someone you can trust. His prices were very fair for the quality he gives.Thank you Mr. Johnston for taking excellent care of us !

Johnston's Mechanical has always been a great company for us.  We have been doing business with them for almost 15 years and the service is unbeatable.  We have purchased heating systems, boiler, air conditioner unit, and generators from them - all top notch and never a problem with the products. The staff is always knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I would recommend Johnston's to anyone, and have sent a few folks their way - all saying great things.

We called Johnston Mechanical Services for An Estimate on installing a Central Air conditioning unit, Price was fair and job well job well  done. I had a Carrier Infinity system heat pump installed 8 years ago. I called the company that installed it and they seemed to not fix the problem after a couple attempts. So a neighbor gave me Art's number.  I called and spoke to Art who came out the following day. Not only did he fix it, but he found something in the controller not programmed properly. Two big thumbs up For Art!

Recently I've been having issues with my hot water heater. I had another service company out who was recommended to me three times to try and fix the problem to no avail. I paid him each time to try something new.  I called Art who came out on a Saturday and recognized the problem , likely because he has been in this business for 24 years. He came back out to flush out lines today. He guarantees his work so I don't have to worry about repeat visits like the last company charged me for. He is courteous and professional as well as knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend him and will be using him exclusively going forward. Wish I thought to call him sooner.
